SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. - If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or enforce legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
- If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) DSGVO, a balancing of your interests and ours must be carried out. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your end device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them yourself or until they are automatically deleted by your web browser.
In some cases, cookies from third-party companies may also be stored on your terminal device when you enter our site (third-party cookies). These enable us or you to use certain services of the third-party company (e.g. cookies for processing payment services).
Cookies have various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping cart function or the display of videos). Other cookies are used to evaluate user behaviour or display advertising.
Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process (necessary cookies) or to provide certain functions that you have requested (functional cookies, e.g. for the shopping basket function) or to optimise the website (e.g. cookies to measure the web audience) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO, unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. If consent to the storage of cookies has been requested, the storage of the cookies in question is based exclusively on this consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO); consent can be revoked at any time.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.
If cookies are used by third-party companies or for analysis purposes, we will inform you about this separately within the framework of this data protection declaration and, if necessary, request your consent.

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your enquiry). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited this website with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of this website to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to this website with your user account. For more information, please see Facebook's privacy policy at: https://de-de.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.

Insofar as a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.
Twitter plugin
Functions of the Twitter service are integrated on this website. These functions are offered by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. By using Twitter and the "Re-Tweet" function, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. In the process, data is also transferred to Twitter. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter. You can find more information on this in Twitter's privacy policy at: https://twitter.com/de/privacy.
The use of the Twitter plugin is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in ensuring the greatest possible visibility in social media. 12.1 Use of social media plugins
12.1.1 We currently use the following social media plugins: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn. In order to increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the plugins are not integrated into the page without restriction, but only using an HTML link (so-called "Shariff solution" from c't). This integration ensures that when you call up a page of our website that contains such plugins, no connection is yet established with the servers of the provider of the respective social network. If you click on one of the buttons, a new window of your browser opens and calls up the page of the respective service provider on which you can (if necessary after entering your login data) e.g. press the Like or Share button.
12.1.2 Through the plugins, we offer you the opportunity to interact with the social networks and other users so that we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plugins is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.
12.1.3 If you do not want the respective social networks to generate data about you via our website, you can take the following measure: Always log out of the social networks before visiting our website or other websites.
12.1.4 Further information on the purpose and scope of the data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the data protection declarations of these providers communicated below. There you will also receive further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy.

12.2.1 We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offer, which are stored on https://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. These are all integrated in "extended data protection mode", i.e. no data about you as a user is transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data mentioned in section 12.2.2. be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transmission.
12.2.2 By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in section 3.1. of this declaration is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account via which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want your data to be associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or designing its website in line with requirements. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, and you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
12.2.3 Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by YouTube can be found in the privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights and setting options to protect your privacy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. If you click the "Like" or "Share" button while logged into your SoundCloud user account, you can link and/or share the content of our pages with your SoundCloud profile. This allows SoundCloud to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by SoundCloud. For more information, please see the SoundCloud privacy policy at: https://soundcloud.com/pages/privacy.
12.3.3 If you do not want SoundCloud to associate your visit to our pages with your SoundCloud user account, please log out of your SoundCloud user account before activating SoundCloud plugin content.
13. retention periods and criteria for the retention of your personal data
All personal data processed will only be stored for as long and as far as this is necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual and legal obligations. Among other things, the data storage is necessary for the execution and processing of the contract, including the defence and enforcement of claims under civil law within the relevant limitation periods. According to §§ 195 ff. BGB, these limitation periods can be up to 30 years, whereby the regular limitation period is 3 years. Retention obligations and resulting retention periods also exist due to tax law, money laundering law, commercial law, tax law and other legal regulations. The retention/documentation periods provided for there are 6 to 10 years. In order not to violate legal regulations or to lose the possibility of enforcing a claim or defending ourselves against such a claim, we reserve the right to delete the data only after the expiry of the last period that legitimises the data storage. For accounting reasons as well as due to legal retention obligations, we generally retain collected personal data for 10 years. Longer legal storage obligations or reasons are reserved. For the dispatch of our newsletter, we store your e-mail address until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. All technical access data for purely informational visits to our website will be deleted at the latest 7 days after the end of your visit.
6. analysis tools and advertising
Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyse the behaviour of website visitors. In doing so, the website operator receives various usage data, such as page views, length of stay, operating systems used and the origin of the user. This data may be summarised by Google in a profile that is assigned to the respective user or their end device.
Google Analytics uses technologies that enable the recognition of the user for the purpose of analysing user behaviour (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). The information collected by Google about the use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
The use of this analysis tool is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.
IP anonymisation
We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. This means that your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Browser plugin
You can prevent the collection and processing of your data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
You can find more information on how Google Analytics handles user data in Google's privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.
Job processing
We have concluded an order processing contract with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
Storage period
Data stored by Google at user and event level that are linked to cookies, user identifiers (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs (e.g. DoubleClick cookies, Android advertising ID) are anonymised or deleted after 14 months. Details can be found under the following link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/7667196?hl=de
Google AdSense
This website uses Google AdSense, a service for integrating advertisements. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
With the help of Google Adsense, we can display targeted advertisements from third-party companies on our site. The content of the advertisements is based on your interests, which Google determines on the basis of your previous user behaviour. Furthermore, contextual information such as your location, the content of the website you visited or the Google search terms you entered are also taken into account when selecting the appropriate advertisement.
Google AdSense uses cookies, web beacons (invisible graphics) and similar recognition technologies. This can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on these pages.
The information collected by Google Adsense about the use of this website (including your IP address) and delivery of advertising formats will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. This information may be passed on by Google to Google's contractual partners. However, Google will not merge your IP address with other data stored by you.
The use of AdSense is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in marketing his website as effectively as possible. Insofar as a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.
Google has been certified in accordance with the "EU-US Privacy Shield". 7. newsletter
Newsletter data
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
The data entered in the newsletter registration form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you provide for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us or the newsletter service provider until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from the newsletter distribution list after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data that has been stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected by this.
After you have unsubscribed from the newsletter distribution list, your email address will be stored by us or the newsletter service provider in a blacklist, if necessary, in order to prevent future mailings. The data from the blacklist will only be used for this purpose and will not be merged with other data. This serves both your interest and our interest in complying with the legal requirements when sending newsletters (legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). The storage in the blacklist is not limited in time. You can object to the storage if your interests outweigh our legitimate interest.
FloDesk
This website uses FloDesk to send newsletters. The provider is FloDesk GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede. The data you enter for the purpose of receiving newsletters (e.g. e-mail address) is stored on FloDesk's servers in Germany or Ireland.
Our newsletters sent with FloDesk allow us to analyse the behaviour of the newsletter recipients. Among other things, we can analyse how many recipients have opened the newsletter message and how often which link in the newsletter was clicked. With the help of so-called conversion tracking, it can also be analysed whether a predefined action (e.g. purchase of a product on this website) has taken place after clicking on the link in the newsletter. For more information on data analysis by FloDesk newsletter, please visit: https://www.FloDesk.com/de/funktionen/reporting-und-tracking/.
The data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
If you do not want any analysis by FloDesk, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. Furthermore, you can also unsubscribe directly on the website.

Processing of (personal) data by the Mobile Funnel operator
General
This website uses Mobile Funnel (hereinafter: Funnel), operated by PerspectiveSoftware GmbH (hereinafter: Perspective), a company based in Germany, which offers software for the creation and operation of Mobile Funnel(https://perspective.co/impressum). The data entered in the context of the use of Mobile Funnel is transmitted via SSL encryption and stored in a database. The operator of this website is solely responsible for this data within the meaning of Art. 24 DS-GVO. Perspective is only the operator of the software and in this context is a processor according to Art. 28 DS-GVO. The basis for the processing by Perspective is a contract for commissioned processing between the controller and Perspective. In addition, Perspective Software GmbH processes further data, some of which may also be personal data, in order to provide its services, in particular for the operation of the Mobile Funnel. This is explained in more detail below.
Responsible body
The responsible body within the meaning of data protection law is:
Perspective Software GmbH

Access logs ("server logs")
With every access to the Funnel, general log data, so-called server logs, are automatically collected. These data are usually pseudonyms and therefore do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a natural person. Without this data, it would not be technically possible to deliver and display the contents of the software. In addition, the processing of this data is absolutely necessary for security reasons, in particular for access, input, transfer and storage control. Furthermore, the anonymous information can be used for statistical purposes and for optimising the offer and the technology. In addition, the log files can be subsequently checked and evaluated if there is suspicion of illegal use of the software. The legal basis for this is found in § 15 para. 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and Art. 6. (1) f DS-GVO. Data such as the domain name of the website, the web browser and web browser version, the operating system and the timestamp of access to the software are generally collected. The IP address of the user is not stored. However, the user is assigned a so-called session ID. The scope of this logging does not exceed the usual scope of any other website on the Internet. The storage period of these access logs is up to 7 days. There is no right of objection.
Collection of user behaviour data
In general, data such as the domain name of the website, the web browser and web browser version, the operating system, the user's session ID and the time stamp of access to the software are collected. All data that the user enters when using the Funnel (e.g. answering form fields; using interactive components) are assigned to the user by means of a session ID and made available to the operator of this website. The operator of this website is responsible for the deletion, storage and further processing of this personal data in accordance with current legislation.
Use of cookies
So-called cookies are used in the funnels. These are small text files that are stored on the device with which you access these funnels. The cookies used serve to ensure security when visiting a website ("absolutely necessary"), to implement certain functionalities such as standard language settings ("functional") and to improve the user experience or performance on the website ("performance"). Within the funnels, strictly necessary, functional and performance cookies are used, in particular to implement certain default settings such as the language, to store responses given even in the event of a poor internet connection or to analyse the performance of a funnel and the channel used by a user to access this funnel. The use of cookies is mandatory for the provision of our services and thus for the fulfilment of the contract (Art. 6 (1) b) DS-GVO). Storage period: Up to 1 month or until the end of the browser session Right of objection: You can determine yourself via your browser settings whether you want to allow cookies or object to the use of cookies. Please note that deactivating cookies may result in limited or completely disabled functionality of the Funnel. The operator of this website has the possibility to decide individually for each funnel used, which decision options for the use of cookies are given to the user. It is the responsibility of the website operator to use cookies in accordance with the applicable legal restrictions. If the website operator uses extensions from external companies within the funnel, it is the responsibility of the website operator to inform the user of this.
