Less effort, more impact: strategically managing ESG in 2025 (post Omnibus)

Eva Grünewald is a CO₂ specialist with an academic background in environmental science and environmental governance. Before joining Planted, she worked as a Climate Action Specialist and Emission Factor Modeling Expert at ClimatePartner and supported internal knowledge transfer to create sound carbon footprints and build credible climate strategies. At Planted, she accompanies organizations on their way to CSRD-compliant sustainability reporting - with a clear focus on climate data, emissions reduction and feasibility. Her aim is to make complex requirements understandable and to inspire companies for effective sustainability.

Wilhelm Hammes is a business economist and has extensive experience in the implementation of sustainability strategies in companies. With many years of experience as a founder, he specializes in sustainability in marketing. At Planted, he is responsible for strategic development and fundraising, with which the company recently secured over 5 million euros in capital. He is driving forward the vision of making ESG management, climate data and impact measurement simple, scalable and economically viable. His credo: "Impact drives performance. Sustainability is not an obligation - transformation is the competitive advantage of the future."

Tom Kärcher has many years of experience in industrial sustainability - from the carbon footprinting of complex production systems to the development of holistic ESG solutions. At Planted, he is responsible for the further development of modules relating to CO₂, ESG indicators and impact-oriented transformation. His academic background in industrial management and mechanical engineering enables him to combine technical complexity with strategic sustainability management.
