The climate crisis is in full swing - now is the time to act. We are working on an innovative software solution that enables companies to work together with their employees to greatly reduce CO₂ emissions. In addition, we offer CO₂ compensation for the remaining emissions and the planting of climate-stable trees throughout Germany. Companies such as Flaschenpost or TeamViewer are already working with us. Many more are joining us every day.

As a brand-driven startup, we are breaking new ground in communication and want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to get involved in environmental protection. Next to politics, companies are the biggest lever to curb the climate crisis. We act now.

Tasks 🎇

  • As a Sales Development Representative, you will develop new sales opportunities by actively reaching out to potential customers and being the first point of contact for inquiries.
  • You will contribute ideas for creative approaches to further improve our customer approach and best communicate our key customers, our values and our offering.
  • You develop a solid workflow structure to make your daily work effective and efficient.
  • You're constantly taking on new challenges and improving your prospecting skills every day.
  • You will work with our sales team to develop targeted lists, sales strategies and messaging to develop new leads.
  • As a lead generator, you will ensure our sales pipeline is filled and work closely with our Account Executives for whom you will set up prospecting meetings.
  • You research and evaluate potential customers.
  • You'll maintain all contacts and leads while documenting progress in Hubspot.
  • You are guided by the previously defined KPIs to achieve your personal goals.
  • You conduct initial interviews with executives.
  • You convey our vision of far-reaching Co2 reduction in the corporate world by communicating our concept to a broad target group in an understandable way.

Qualification 👤

  • As a Sales Development Representative with at least one year of experience, preferably in Saas, Tech or B2B, you have already proven that you have what it takes to be a sales professional.
  • Your energy, passion, enthusiasm, and positive attitude are unparalleled and show that you are ready to put your all into your mission and a greener future.
  • You are not afraid of cold calling and approach this task with confidence and determination.
  • When it comes to organization, time management and prioritization, no one can fool you.
  • Your communication skills are second to none and you are a master at working with people.
  • You have the will to persuade, are resilient, tenacious and have the vision to build a career in sales.
  • Your past successes and ability to meet or exceed goals are a testament to your dedication and sales talent.
